The staff is very friendly and speak English. My husband wasn’t feeling good, and the staff provide a local medicine that helped him a lot! The Wi-Fi connection is perfect, and the location is really good, near to every thing we need.
The hotel was great value for money with all that you need to feel home in Cairo. The room has special ambience lights and a wonderful view from the balcony and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast from my private balcony. What I loved the most was the friendly staff who were like a family, taking care of all details and providing me with needed guidance in a hectic city like Cairo. Excellent location in the heart of Cairo yet in a relatively quiet street. The hot shower with good water pressure was an added value. Special thanks to Mahmoud who provided me with great advice.
Breakfast was very good and served every morning. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The staff was super friendly and happy to accommodate any request.
The accomodation is in the centre of the Cairo close to Egyptian museum. Very friendly the staff and Mahmoud was very handsome and helpful arranging Tours in Cairo and taxi transfer.
The location of the hotel was very central, walking distance to shopping district and restaurants. The owner and staff of the hotel were very helpful and accomodating, from the time of booking the accom. Breakfast was delicious.Even though it's in the centre of the city, rooms were soundproof which allowed for a restful sleep.
The hostel it’s very good located , close to everything by a walking distance .We had a problem at the airport because our laggage was left in Belgrad and the manager Mahmoud was so kind and helpful that he was calling the airport constantly to ask about our laggage, he informed me constantly about what’s happening and also texted me when he got the laggage because we were not there .Mahmoud it’s a very nice and extremely patient with any question you might have, he’s available at any time willing to help .For the stuff I would give 5+ stars .
Staff, location and service was 10 out of 10. The owner of the hotel made an arrangement for us and the tour was really beautiful. Would recommend everyone to let Mahmoud book a tour for you because he hase fair prices and really good guides. The street was very quiet but the location was in central downtown so it was the the best of both worlds. Room was really clean and breakfast was excellent. Fresh mango, falafel and eggs were really nice.If i'll.go back to Caïro i'll make sure to stay here again and would recommend everyone to do so aswell. Don't hesitate about booking this place, just do it. Thank you for our wonderful stay.
Midtown was clean, tidy and well presented, in contrast to many other accommodation options in Cairo, and not for a price greater than alternatives. The staff were great - thanks goes to Zeyad in particular for helping me to quickly sort an important issue.Furthermore, if you're interested in riding horses, this is the place to go. I travelled to Saqqara with the wonderful Nouran, who taught me how to ride in the Egyptian desert. That day I wasn't terribly good, but the following day I found myself on a horse again and was vastly improved at felt confident on a horse. So if you want to learn to ride, ask for Nouran!
Location , it's central to Cairo downtown. Easy commute via uber to all the hotspots in Cairo. The property itself is renovated to high standards and very new and very clean. We were taken care very well during our stay. We couldn't have breakfast so we were given a takeaway breakfast which was very helpful. Our host Mahmoud was amazing. Although we stayed only 1 night in this property Mahmoud took care of my 10 day Egypt trip. He created a custom made trip for my family according to my needs. Mahmoud organised our tours in Cairo, Aswan , Luxor and Hughada. The prices quoted were very reasonable and good value for money. The drivers and guides that Mahmoud sent us for our trips were some of the friendliest and amazing human beings we met on a trip. Special shout out to Belal , Damir , who take extra care of my daughters during pyramid visit. Rami, Adua and few other guides were amazing too in Aswan, luxor.
The staff was very friendly, always available and looking to solve any eventual problem, not that there where any :)Cairo is a busy hub, so it is a bit noisy at night, but this is no matter where you stay I guess. Finally the Metro is in walking distance, some nice local places to smoke Shisha and have a tea are around the corner.
